India’s numero uno car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki has launched a special limited edition Maruti Ritz Genus to celebrate the first anniversary of its Ritz model. Maruti Ritz Genus limited edition will be available as an option on the Ritz VXi (Petrol version) and Ritz VDi (Diesel version). Maruti Ritz VXi is priced at Rs. 4,54,349 (ex-showroom Delhi) while and Maruti Ritz Genus VDi will be costlier at Rs. 5,31,410 (ex-showroom Delhi).

It has to be noted that Ritz has been highly appreciated and is the fastest selling brand in the A2 segment with a cumulative sales figures of 86,400 units till date. To cash in on this popularity, Maruti Suzuki has unveiled its special limited edition.

While the limited edition, Maruti Ritz Genus has all the best attributes of Maruti Suzuki Ritz, addition of several features have made this launch very exiting for car lovers. The enhancements include a brand new signature color – Emerald Blue. The color is aesthetically accentuated through matching door handles and body color rear view mirrors. To up the oomph quotient, distinct artistic body graphics run all along the length of the car. The limited edition also has body side moldings. If all this was not enough, the rear is enhanced with a back door garnish and elegant Genus decal.

Now, we move on to the interiors. The interiors are luxurious with a dual tone dashboard with blue and gray shades. For those who cannot commute with daily dose of music, Maruti Ritz Genus is equipped with Radio and CD with speakers. The ride is made more comfortable with tilt-adjustable steering. A new feature that will be highly appreciated is keyless entry. Other features like rear wiper-cum-washer and a rear parcel tray are also provided.

While unveiling this beauty, Chief General Manager (Marketing), Shashank Srivastva said, “Limited Editions are our way to bring excitement to the showrooms.
