I love making long trips with my family in an RV. They are a really great time to bond and re-affirm our commitment and plans for better days ahead for the total family. When I undertake such trip I usually carry a lot of appliances like radio, TV, laptops, play-station, cooker, etc and I will also need a power outlet for charging and for continuous play for such equipment such that I will be home away from home, which is the whole idea anyway. All this is going on while the vehicle is on the move. Even when we stop to camp we will need some power for all our energy need. This can save me a lot of cost and then the money is used for other great things that are also important for me to enjoy the journey with my family. I can operate the fans, TV, my laptop from a portable solar panel when exposed to more solar energy, the current and voltage increases hence producing more work done. A portable solar energy may not be totally efficient but it will provide a great energy power source for some of the appliances on the RV journey. Those that will be using the alternating current will be connected to the inverter which will supply the power for those appliances.
