A Jeep Wrangler is a compact 4×4 sports utility vehicle that debuted in 1987. The Jeep Wrangler succeeds the jeep of World War II and has become a true American icon. Jeeps are best known for being rugged off road military vehicles. The civilian jeep better known as the CJ was inspired by the military jeeps and became the predecessor of the Jeep Wrangler.

The Jeep Wrangler was a vast improvement over the CJ. The new Jeep Wrangler design offered far more passenger comfort, a larger wheel base, less ground clearance and the signature square headlights. Jeep Commander is a product from the Jeep firm. Not to be outdone by its competitors, the Commander was released at the New York Vehicle Show. The year was 2005. The Commander steals the limelight from the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Fans and customers of Jeep vehicles had been complaining about the lack of a new SUV vehicle from Jeep. On its debut, the Commander looked different from the Grand Cherokee in distinct ways. First, the design style breaks away from the traditional style. Secondly, although the Commander is roughly the same size as the Grand Cherokee, it has more space and capacity than the Grand Cherokee.

Jeep is working hard to please its consumers. Todays car buyers have a lot of choice. There are a lot of competitors in seven-seat vehicles. Performance and looks are more important. Legendary and still on the road today, the Jeep Cherokee has made its mark in history. The compact classic style sports utility vehicle was one of the most popular vehicles on the market. The rugged workhorse power and off road performance appealed to the outdoors group. While the firm sporty ride with respected blacktop performance appealed to the utility and family minded individuals.

In production for almost 20 years, the Jeep Cherokee displayed minimal changes through the years. Cherokees lived through two generations of production beginning with the first hitting the roads in 1984. Modeled after the Wagoneer, the Cherokee was a cheaper more modern version. One of the main reasons you purchased a motorhome, though, is for the convenience and comfort. If your current RV bedding is old or just not appropriate for your needs, consider looking into purchasing a new mattress. Investing in a good quality bed will likely pay for itself by providing you comfort and support for many long nights on the road.
